Roshona Bilash USA is a homemade ethnic food business that specializes in producing achar (pickle) and ghee (clarified butter). Our unique recipes are made without any preservatives or additives, ensuring authentic and fresh flavors. We currently operate out of our kitchen in Cambridge and cater primarily to the South Asian community across the United States.
